PE,全名為Polyethylene,是結(jié)構(gòu)最簡(jiǎn)單的高分子有機(jī)化合物,當(dāng)今世界應(yīng)用最廣泛的高分子材料,由乙烯聚合而成,根據(jù)密度的不同分為高密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯。聚乙烯(PE)應(yīng)用:保鮮膜、背心式塑料袋、塑料食品袋、奶瓶、提桶、水壺等。特性:PE比較軟,摸起來(lái)有蠟質(zhì)感,與同等塑料相比質(zhì)量比較輕,有一定的透明性,燃燒時(shí)火焰呈藍(lán)色。
PE材質(zhì)的物品存在于我們的生活及工業(yè)環(huán)境中,例如:使用再生膠與PE制備橡塑共混材料,橡膠制品廠家可以通過(guò)在配方中添加軟化劑、填充油等降低黏度,或是使用炭黑等補(bǔ)強(qiáng)劑、填充劑增加黏度,通過(guò)試驗(yàn)獲得一個(gè)比較合適的共混時(shí)間、溫度參數(shù),提高橡塑共混材料綜合指標(biāo)。在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中,再生膠與PE材料共混工藝過(guò)程可以在開(kāi)煉機(jī)、密煉機(jī)或擠出機(jī)中進(jìn)行。
在檢測(cè)不同PE材料特性上,浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)環(huán)境學(xué)院就應(yīng)用上海凈信JXFSTPRP-24來(lái)做PE材料樣品前處理。

實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟:
1、將塑料PE粒子直接倒入液氮中冷凍(圖一);
2、將液氮冷凍過(guò)后的樣品放入萬(wàn)能粉碎機(jī)內(nèi)初步預(yù)粉碎處理,再倒入液氮內(nèi)冷凍;
3、將預(yù)處理過(guò)冷凍的樣品加入到鋼罐內(nèi)(圖二),再放到液氮內(nèi)冷凍若干分鐘;
4、將適配器裝入凈信研磨儀中;
5、設(shè)定運(yùn)行參數(shù);
6、啟動(dòng)儀器至研磨程序結(jié)束,重復(fù)步驟3、4、5即可(圖三);
